Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience for all our customers across India.

Returns

We offer returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the product received

Without proper proof, return requests may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike
  • Minor color/design variation
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Package refused at delivery
  • Used or damaged products after delivery

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received/verified:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be sent to the original payment method or via bank transfer/UPI

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide:

  • UPI ID
  • Bank account details

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Parcel

If the outer package appears damaged at delivery, please record an unboxing video before opening the parcel.
